The service
OraGrade helps a teacher prepare and print answer sheets and manage class lists, exams and grades. By using the service or creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You register with an email address you own and a password of fifteen characters or more that you keep to yourself. What happens from your account is attributed to it, so if you believe someone else has reached it, write to us at once.
Your use
The service is for your teaching work. Do not try to reach data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission.
Your data
Your class lists and grades are yours. We host them so the service works, as the privacy policy explains. You are the one who makes sure entering your pupils’ data is permitted at your school.
Grades are your decision
The service reads and calculates; approving a final grade is the teacher’s decision. Papers marked as needing review are marked so that you look at them yourself before approving.
Price
The service costs nothing today. If we add paid plans, we will publish their prices before any commitment, and you will never enter a paid plan without agreeing to it.
Availability
We work to keep the service available. It may pause for maintenance or a fault, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service may evolve and its features may change over time.
Closing an account
You may close your account at any time by writing to customerservice@oragrade.com. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice beforehand unless waiting would harm the service or the people using it.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as it is. To the widest extent the applicable law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

Every version of this page carries its date at the top, and the live version is what you are reading on this page.
